Hi Everyone,

Miss Elizabeth here, Neuro-Spicy Unicorn stranded here on planet Earth for the last 21,487 days as of today, Sept 17th, 2023

I am a conglomeration of feelings, ideas, opinions, facts, beliefs, fears, joys, songs, jokes, and I am here to share them all.

I am a Manifesting Generator, whose purpose here is to heal, and to use my voice to share my experience with others. 

Being Neuro-Spicy is a new way for me to look at the world and it is amazing and wonderful!  If you don’t know what NEURO-SPICY means, stick around and I will be explaining MY unique version of it, and will help you find information out there about the whole concept. 

In a nutshell, I see, feel, taste, hear, and experience the world around me differently than many other people.  It turns out that there are A LOT of us but we just didn’t know it.  But now that we do, we have the power to make those differences work for us instead of against us. 

I am excited for you to join me on my newest adventure, TAKE WHAT FITS & LEAVE THE REST. A journey about finding what works FOR ME, and helping others find out what works FOR THEM.

SELF-CARE is NOT SELFISH. And I am out there to help REPHRASE and REBRAND Selfishness. Or at the very least, help people realize taking care of themselves IS NOT SELFISH.
